The "My Event" section is the place to manage your schedule, your meeting, your networking/contacts and your bookmarked companies. Under my schedule you will have any sessions you've registered for. Under your meetings you will have your open and taken meeting time slots, and under my networking you will have a list of people who you have connected with. In addition you also have an calendar export to add to your Outlook of all your sessions times and meetings you've made.
